It was very comfortable hotel with a great swimming. Great value for money.

The rooms are spacious and the pool area is great too. It doesn't get super crowded as it's more of a family place, so it's perfect to relax a bit and enjoy the island.

The old lady - I suppose she's the owner - can be a bit unfriendly, but other than that, the stay was good. The AC doesn't get cool enough either, so I'd suggest either changing them or allowing guests to keep them on, so when we get back from the street, it's not UNBREABLE hot in the room for sleep, work, etc.

Lady who owns/runs hotel is not very welcoming. Told me I had not paid for accommodation but this was paid in full before arrival! Make sure you book second floor if you want to avoid mosquito bites. Lady owner will not change your room selection. She did for us when I offered to pay extra, due to mosquito bite allergy

Big room with a comfy bed. Very clean and quiet. The balcony and big windows are nice although not good for privacy as you can see on other people room and they can see you too. The swimming is really nice and relaxing. Restaurants and shops around but is better if you get a scooter. Free water. And the staff was friendly.

We arrived here after booking at the last minute after horrible accommodation on Samui, so we arrived tired, flustered and very hot! We were made to feel very welcome and the ladies in the reception were friendly and very polite, one of them brought us a cold drink to cool us down. The pool area was lovely, this was our favourite pool in Thailand and was really quiet! The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was huge and very comfortable. Bathroom and towels were immaculate. We had a pool access room and all rooms has a little seating area at the front, ours had a small balcony are at the back of the apartment too. There is a bar by the pool which serves snacks and reasonably priced drinks, we had breakfast and lunch there and the food was simple but fine. The wifi was great too. This was the cleanest accommodation we stayed in during our trip and excellent value for money. We loved our stay and would return.

Super location. It was a lovely place to relax. The pool was nice and clean and the room was very comfortable. The owner even helped us to book our boat tickets. I would 100% recommend.

Friendly staff

Poor water pressure for the sink and shower. No privacy during the day - no net curtains. For any privacy you must close the curtains. Alternatively leave it open and everyone can see in, especially if you are on the ground floor!

It is very clean, the pool is great. Located in a street with bars, restaurants and one seven eleven, but at the same time quiet place to rest.

The communication in English was difficult with the staff. They really have so many rules and fines for many things.

Very good location - up a private street off main strip of Thong Sala. Great pool. Massive, comfortable double bed. Fridge in room. Friendly & welcoming owner. Very close to Pier. Bathrooms very clean despite other negative reviews. Linen new & fresh.

Key not removable from magnetic keycard - if your like me & a little cheeky and leave the a/c on allday.

Couldn’t speak highly enough of this hotel. Everything was spot on. Staff were lovely and the pool is stunning. The room was big and bright and very clean. The food was nice and very reasonably priced. Big private car park to park the scooter in. Very close to a 7 eleven and a massive makro.

If you want to sunbathe after 4pm I’d advise going to the beach as The sun goes over th other side of the hotel so pool area is completely shaded. Not the hotels fault just a heads up :)

Great pool. Very clean. Our electrics went out and they sorted it within 20 minutes. Staff were very friendly.

Didn’t try much of the restaurant. Friend had some chicken nuggets that were still cold in the middle but sent them back and they brought out cooked ones.

The hotel is still very nice on my second visit. It is ideally located, close to Thong Sala center and to several beaches. The rooms are tastefully decorated in pastel colors and quite comfortable. Management is very nice and welcoming. Rooms are clean.

Great welcoming hotel. The lady (probably the owner?) is so nice and sweet. We felt very comfortable. It is a calm and clean environment! We came for the Full Moon Party but also wanted to enjoy a calm place to stay and we found it!!!
